Founded by Lilia Chiper, an accounting and taxation professional with over 20 years of experience, Deklaration provides accounting, tax, and financial services grounded in practical business knowledge.

Throughout my career, I have worked with businesses across various industries, developing expertise in financial reporting, bookkeeping, payroll, taxation, regulatory compliance, and financial management.

An Accountant Who Understands Entrepreneurship

As an entrepreneur myself, I understand the challenges business owners face beyond their financial statements.

I am the founder of A-LILI, a luxury natural skincare brand. Building this business has given me firsthand experience in product development, manufacturing, international supplier relationships, customs and import procedures, inventory management, product costing, pricing, and regulatory requirements.

This experience allows me to understand the operational and financial realities of product-based businesses, including manufacturing costs, landed costs, inventory valuation, cash flow, and profitability.

Business and Community Engagement

I am also the founder of VÉLO MOLDOVA, a nonprofit initiative dedicated to promoting cycling, sustainable transportation, and community development.

My involvement in both commercial and nonprofit projects has broadened my perspective on entrepreneurship, financial responsibility, and organizational management.
